Office information

Visits to the CCOA office are by appointment only as our onsite staff resources are limited and our doors remain locked. All CCOA staff are accessible virtually (by email or phone) during regular business hours. Please allow for two to three business days for a response to your inquiry.

Hours of operation

Our office operates Monday to Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The office is closed to the public on Fridays.
Hours: 8 a.m.-12 p.m., 1-4 p.m.
The office is closed over the lunch hour (12-1 p.m.)

Virtual appointments or in-person appointments can be arranged should you need to meet with a staff member. If you wish to speak to a staff member in person, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

The CCOA staff are here to promote chiropractic, oversee regulatory requirements and provide support to chiropractors and the public. Whatever your reason for reaching out to us, we will communicate with you in a professional manner. We ask that you do the same in return.

The use of disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory or offensive language towards CCOA staff will not be tolerated and may result in communication between yourself and the CCOA restricted to written correspondence. In some cases, communication may even be limited.
